Bringing it Back

Bacon Party was originally illustrated by the band members when they were in high school. Now years later, the band wanted to commemorate how far the band has come and evolved over the years with a new illustrated cover for the album.

Robots, Music, and Food

The silliness of the whole album is embodied in the illustrations. The band members stressed the importance of having a robot disconnected on the cover to allude to the band's name. The colors chosen for the illustration were inspired by the quirky look of many ska band albums of the 1990s. Bands like Reel Big Fish, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Goldfinger, and Save Ferris were a big inspiration.

Skankin' Bacon

Themes that don't necessarily make sense but are fun is what Bacon Party is all about. An anthropomorphized piece of bacon skanking (a dance style that is specific to the ska genre) plays to the unusual song lyrics and sounds of Bacon Party.
